Whether you are struggling with anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, suffering, or just stress; in our sessions you can find a path towards healing. Our therapy sessions focus on providing you with an outlet to process your experiences in a way that can lead to deeper meaning, healing, and growth.
As a licensed clinical professional counselor, I have experience utilizing mindfulness, inner child work, symbolism, and relational therapies. As a creative arts therapist, I have specialized training in using creative arts modalities to support the therapeutic process. In our work together, we can create a path that incorporates whatever modes of therapy that can be helpful to you; this is your journey.
I often tell my clients that therapy is similar to talking a walk. A walk where you and I talk along the way, discuss what’s going on for you, and explore new places. In those new places, it’s my job to shine a light in the darkness and provide you with a safe space where you can feel empowered.
The therapeutic relationship is incredibly important to therapy and our ability to connect with each other directly impacts your progress. I value open, honest, and authentic communication within the therapy space in a way that is supportive to your growth. Clients have described me as warm, kind, a positive spirit, humorous, and invested in others’ wellbeing.
At this time I am not able to accept insurance. However, I can provide you with a Superbill that you may send to your insurance company so that they can reimburse you for therapy services. I’m happy to help with this process as much as I can.
If this sounds like a space that could help you, contact me to get your free 30-minute consultation. You can e-mail me, call, or fill out the form below. I look forward to connecting with you!
Individual sessions are $110 per hour long session.
If you are in financial need, I may be able to offer sessions on a sliding scale fee if I have openings. I can hold this financial agreement for six months upon which we can re-evaluate.
