I’ve been lucky enough to supervise music therapists, counselors in training, music therapy interns, occupational therapy interns, and many others throughout my time as a creative arts therapist. My approach to supervision is similar to the way I approach my clients; person-centered, flexible, and honest.
Consultation is best for short term needs. If you are struggling with an intervention idea, a difficult case, or other need that can be supported rather quickly, then consultation may be for you!
If you are looking for something more intensive that can support you long term in your professional development, supervision may be a better fit.
