It can be all too easy to start a Monday with a long to-do list. While taking care of everything that comes up in the week ahead, be sure to take care of yourself too. What do you need this week? 💜⁠

Life tends to begin to speed up for a lot of folks this time of year, and sometimes it hits December and I don't even know where the last few months have gone! I'm making a conscious effort this season to take life at a slower pace and give myself time to rest. This is a gentle reminder that although the to-do list will always be there, you can absolutely make time for what matters to you most without hurrying through the motions. Big or small, how are you making time for what matters?⁠

With the recent wrap-up of National Suicide Prevention week, and the upcoming month of October being National Depression and Health Screening month, we wanted to share some helpful information about childhood depression to help debunk common myths.
