As a creative arts therapist, I specialize in bringing creative and geek/nerd modalities into the EMDR process. This includes music, art, sandtray, Dungeons & Dragons, games, and more! My hope is to support you as a consultee in growing your confidence, competency, and creativity with the kids, teens, or adults you work with.
Group consultation includes at least two consultees in a formalized setting which is led by a consultant in a structured group format. All consultees in the group are expected to participate and be prepared to bring their own EMDR case presentation material content for discussion. As a general guideline, groups should allow a ratio of 15 minutes per individual participant.

$75/hour reduced rate until 2027!
One-on-one consultation for EMDR cases. This can be about specific cases you have or in general where you may be stuck within the protocol. Additionally, let’s talk about how to make it creative and authentic to you! These can count towards certification.
Group EMDR Consultation
Learn, explore & problem-solve with friends!
Collaborative consultation with other therapists around EMDR specific areas of practice, with space for case consultation, questions, skill-building, brainstorming, and shared learning. Groups are drop-in and first come, first serve!

CONSULTATION TOWARD EMDRIA CERTIFIED THERAPIST STATUS: Going beyond initial trainings to attain the EMDRIA Certified Therapist designation requires 20 additional hours of consultation, 10 of which must be individual. Certification level is not required to practice EMDR therapy, but it is highly recommended! My own experience with consultation at this level gave me the confidence to move forward with EMDR therapy as a primary modality in my practice.
