Sometimes this one blows kids minds….. Anger is an ally!

When we feel anger, we are getting an important message from our body and our mind. It’s usually trying to tell us that something isn’t right, something isn’t fair, our boundaries have been crossed, we’re hurt, or another important message.

Too often, kids are taught that anger is “bad”. We are doing a huge disservice to children if we don’t teach them how to view anger as an ally who is there to tell us something important!

You can use this intervention and worksheets to support:
  • coping skills for anger
  • anger triggers
  • anger externalization
  • boundaries exploration
  • relaxation experiences
  • and creative expression!

Don’t let the creativity stop there!
